Hebrew	אבל התורה נכנסה למען ירבה הפשע ובאשר רבה החטא עדף ממנו החסד׃
Greek	νομος δε παρεισηλθεν ινα πλεοναση το παραπτωμα ου δε επλεονασεν η αμαρτια υπερεπερισσευσεν η χαρις
Latin	Lex autem subintravit ut abundaret delictum. Ubi autem abundavit delictum, superabundavit gratia :
