Hebrew וכי יהיו לאלמנה בנים או בני בנים הם ילמדו לראשונה לעשות חסד עם ביתם ולשלם גמול לאבותם כי זה הוא טוב ורצוי לפני האלהים׃
Greek ει δε τις χηρα τεκνα η εκγονα εχει μανθανετωσαν πρωτον τον ιδιον οικον ευσεβειν και αμοιβας αποδιδοναι τοις προγονοις τουτο γαρ εστιν αποδεκτον ενωπιον του θεου
Latin Si qua autem vidua filios, aut nepotes habet : discat primum domum suam regere, et mutuam vicem reddere parentibus : hoc enim acceptum est coram Deo.
KJV But if any widow have children or nephews, let them learn first to shew piety at home, and to requite their parents: for that is good and acceptable before God.
