Hebrew ויפצרו בו וישאלו ממנו לעשות חסד עמהם להביאו ירושלים והמה מתנכלים אתו להמיתו בדרך׃
Greek αιτουμενοι χαριν κατ αυτου οπως μεταπεμψηται αυτον εις ιερουσαλημ ενεδραν ποιουντες ανελειν αυτον κατα την οδον
Latin postulantes gratiam adversus eum, ut juberet perduci eum in Jerusalem, insidias tendentes ut interficerent eum in via.
KJV And desired favour against him, that he would send for him to Jerusalem, laying wait in the way to kill him.
