Now these things, brothers, I have in a figure transferred to myself and Apollos for your sakes, that in us you might learn not to think beyond the things which are written, that none of you be puffed up against one another.

Hebrew ואת זאת אחי הסבתי על עצמי ועל אפולוס בעבורכם למען תלמדו בנו שלא יתחכם איש יותר ממה שכתוב פן תתגאו איש בשם איש לנגד רעהו׃
Greek ταυτα δε αδελφοι μετεσχηματισα εις εμαυτον και απολλων δι υμας ινα εν ημιν μαθητε το μη υπερ α γεγραπται ινα μη εις υπερ του ενος φυσιουσθε κατα του ετερου
Latin Hæc autem, fratres, transfiguravi in me et Apollo, propter vos : ut in nobis discatis, ne supra quam scriptum est, unus adversus alterum infletur pro alio.
KJV And these things, brethren, I have in a figure transferred to myself and to Apollos for your sakes; that ye might learn in us not to think of men above that which is written, that no one of you be puffed up for one against another.
