Hebrew באדין גבריא אלך הרגשו על־מלכא ואמרין למלכא דע מלכא די־דת למדי ופרס די־כל־אסר וקים די־מלכא יהקים לא להשניה׃
Greek και ουκ ηδυνατο εξελεσθαι αυτον απ'
Latin Viri autem illi, intelligentes regem, dixerunt ei : Scito, rex, quia lex Medorum atque Persarum est ut omne decretum, quod constituerit rex, non liceat immutari.
KJV Then these men assembled unto the king, and said unto the king, Know, O king, that the law of the Medes and Persians is, That no decree nor statute which the king establisheth may be changed.
