Hebrew אחי היוכל עץ התאנה להוציא זיתים או התוכל הגפן להוציא תאנים כן גם מעין אחד לא יוכל נבע מים מלוחים ומתוקים׃
Greek μη δυναται αδελφοι μου συκη ελαιας ποιησαι η αμπελος συκα ουτε αλυκον γλυκυ ποιησαι υδωρ
Latin Numquid potest, fratres mei, ficus uvas facere, aut vitis ficus ? Sic neque salsa dulcem potest facere aquam.
KJV Can the fig tree, my brethren, bear olive berries? either a vine, figs? so can no fountain both yield salt water and fresh.
