Hebrew ויאמר לאנשי סכות תנו־נא ככרות לחם לעם אשר ברגלי כי־עיפים הם ואנכי רדף אחרי זבח וצלמנע מלכי מדין׃
Greek και ειπεν τοις ανδρασιν σοκχωθ δοτε δη αρτους εις τροφην τω λαω τουτω τω εν ποσιν μου οτι εκλειπουσιν και ιδου εγω ειμι διωκων οπισω του ζεβεε και σελμανα βασιλεων
Latin Dixitque ad viros Soccoth : Date, obsecro, panes populo, qui mecum est, quia valde defecerunt : ut possimus persequi Zebee et Salmana reges Madian.
KJV And he said unto the men of Succoth, Give, I pray you, loaves of bread unto the people that follow me; for they be faint, and I am pursuing after Zebah and Zalmunna, kings of Midian.
