Hebrew ויאמר הגאל לא אוכל ־לי פן־אשחית את־נחלתי גאל־לך אתה את־גאלתי כי לא־אוכל לגאל׃
Greek και ειπεν ο αγχιστευς ου δυνησομαι αγχιστευσαι εμαυτω μηποτε διαφθειρω την κληρονομιαν μου αγχιστευσον σεαυτω την αγχιστειαν μου οτι ου δυνησομαι
Latin Qui respondit : Cedo juri propinquitatis : neque enim posteritatem familiæ meæ delere debeo : tu meo utere privilegio, quo me libenter carere profiteor.
KJV And the kinsman said, I cannot redeem it for myself, lest I mar mine own inheritance: redeem thou my right to thyself; for I cannot redeem it.
