Ecumenism, pluralism and interfaith dialogue are all subjects and ideas that have been gaining momentum in recent decades. Ecumenism is the movement of unifying Christian [[denominations]]. It makes sense in theory because the [[church]] is one body in [[Christ]] and so all Christians are unified in that sense. However, in practical terms, there are many problems that mean denomination divisions will continue.
