"Jesus Freak" is a well known Christian song by [[dc Talk]]. It is one of their most well-known songs. The song is about the 1970's generic term which was meant to insult [[Christian]]s. dc Talk frontman [[Toby McKeehan]] said that when he was looking up the word "freak" in the dictionary, he saw an entry that said "ardent enthusiast".
