Just FYI, I don't think there's any problem with the images, unless I've missed something you've already corrected. What I think you're referring to is the following image which isn't showing up on the Main Page... [[Image:Olney_church.jpg]]. Notice that it also doesn't show up here? The reason for this is that the newer versions (MediaWiki 1.5.5 and up) have built-in protection against that WMF (Windows Meta File) exploit that is going around, and it will warn people about viewing the images, and not allow them to be shown... If you click on the link (which is safe to do), you will see that it warns you that there could be malicious code in the file, and that your system could be compromised.
