Use sed to get wiki code (at separate file).
At this file: Give every ref a 1-10 relevance score and a 1-10 uncontroversiality score (eg high if in WH and not in 2 Peter). WRITE THEM AT THE START OF EACH LINE, as eg 5 5. Also give a "kjv" label if vitiated/omitted by ASV/WH.
Copy this file to new file.
Write the total at the START of each line, replacing the existing 2 scores per line..
Sort each lump of new file, then remove the numeric score col.
Put outstanding refs on a line of their own, then a newline, then the rest in descending order of importance.
