==Veiling vs Covering==
Bushnell always uses "veil" and "veiling" while every modern translation uses "covering." Until I learn Greek well enough, I don't know the relationship between these translations. Is "covering" a modern attempt to belittle the orthodox interpretation, since covering is less extreme than veiling? Or is veiling really a mistranslation? Or are both equally valid? This has an effect both in the implications if one takes the orthodox view, and the application of Jesus words that angels always behold God's face, which could happen even if they are covered. I have used "covering" to appeal to the modern audience, except when quoting Bushnell. --[[User:JBJ|JBJ]] 15:52, 5 Sep 2005 (EDT)

==Welter==
I have skimmed Welter's article linked at the bottom of the page and found it to everywhere agree with this article, sometimes expanding it.--[[User:JBJ|JBJ]] 15:52, 5 Sep 2005 (EDT)
