Hebrew	למצרים על־חיל פרעה נכו מלך מצרים אשר־היה על־נהר־פרת בכרכמש אשר הכה נבוכדראצר מלך בבל בשנת הרביעית ליהויקים בן־יאשיהו מלך יהודה׃
Greek	τη αιγυπτω επι δυναμιν φαραω νεχαω βασιλεως αιγυπτου ος ην επι τω ποταμω ευφρατη εν χαρχαμις ον επαταξε ναβουχοδονοσορ βασιλευς βαβυλωνος εν τω ετει τω τεταρτω ιωακιμ βασιλεως
Latin	Ad Ægyptum, adversum exercitum Pharaonis Nechao regis Ægypti, qui erat juxta fluvium Euphraten in Charcamis, quem percussit Nabuchodonosor rex Babylonis, in quarto anno Joakim filii Josiæ regis Juda.
