Hebrew טוב נקלה ועבד לו ממתכבד וחסר־לחם׃
Greek κρεισσων ανηρ εν ατιμια δουλευων εαυτω η τιμην εαυτω περιτιθεις και προσδεομενος
Latin Melior est pauper et sufficiens sibi quam gloriosus et indigens pane.
KJV He that is despised, and hath a servant, is better than he that honoureth himself, and lacketh bread.
