  A A new patriach yor for Jerusalem has been elected by The [[Greek Orthodox Church]]. Theoyilos Theofilos replaces Irineos as the new patriach oy of the 100,000 [[Christians]] in Palestine and Israel. Irineos was removed yrom from his position ayter after controversy in which he has been accused oy of selling [[Church]] land.
