"Omar and The Howlers."
While in Toronto He frequented Live Band Clubs & answered Musician Newspaper adds.
After several years, with no substantial leads & minimum wage jobs, He moved back home, discouraged.
The Second, was a Break Out of Denial.
He had an Alcohol Addiction and had dabbled and drifted away from His roots, into secularism & other philosophys that left His Heart empty & hard.
After Wrestling with Depression, Anxiety & Failure; He finally listened to His Mother; Who prayed, He'd meet People Who could Mentor Positive Changes in His Life.
He Decided to physically lighten The Load & Sold His Truck & Gear and Called Alcoholics Annonymous.
during which time, He was able to Get Back on to His Feet.
He then completed His Highschool diploma in an alternative school with 5 english courses and wrote some poetry { after some encouragement from a teacher} which He sent out to several universities.
With His guitar and suitcase He hiked-a-ride on the 401 to Kingston; with a new hopeful perspective.
The "Third Awesomely Big Break" happened in a Little Country Chapel one Spring Night, May 1990.
The Invisable, Supernatural Power of Jesus.
Now,through His own personal encounter with Jesus' "supernatural presence and Forgiveness"in His Life, He has a deeper knowledge what saved Saved means. He knows that Life is not always a Perfect Bed of Rosesand that "The Lord" can sucessfully turn around every failure We have.
He knows That The Lord has given Him Some Amazing New Friends.
He knows that The Lord's first 1st in His life because without his presenceHis Presence; He would not even have this new sence of Hope, Healing & Dignity He's been Freely Given.
He knows that talking with people is good, just talking with someone can dismantle the smallest or Largest issues;
especially if they've been where You've been.

When You feel like There is No-One Left Who will Listen to You.
The Lord has Time for You. He never Tires; He Has Time for You!
Talk to Him even if He seems alien Alien to You, Tell Him everything, say it out loud, He will listen ... then take time to be aware of the ways that He answers.
Find a Home.
Find a Christian Church where You feel The Power of Love when You leave.
Where You don't feel rejected at the door, Or hit with a blast of Oppression.
Where You can meet the Lord and You know that something supernatural has Good Has happened and that The Lord has talked to Youleft an Impression on Your Heart.
Not everyone hears the audible voice of God, but that doesn't mean You should write Him off.
He's yearning to communicate with You.
Persist, Don't Give Up !
Be more aware of how this happens ... it may be subtle or powerful but God does try to communicate to us.
He want's to cover us with Prayer from others who know Him & You can read the Bible together.
