Michael DeWayne Tait met his (born May 18, 1966) is one-third of the notable Christian rock group [[dc DC Talk]] partners, [[Toby McKeehan]] and [[Kevin Max]], while attending [[Liberty University]] in founder of the late 1980sband Tait. Together, they released 5 acclaimed studio albums. In [[2000]], the band decided to "[[Intermission: the Greatest Hits|take Tait is a break]]" while all three members devoted themselves to solo projectsself-taught guitar player.
