Victory Church, World Outreach Center
Victory Church is a Non-Denominational Charismatic Church located in the heart of downtown Apopka Florida. The church was formed in 1995 by Pastor Doug Bankson, origionaly under the name of Life Outreach Center.
The church met for almost three years at Paramount Health Club before aquiring and renovating it's current Sanctuary behind City Hall in the heart of Downtown.
