Aramaic primacy
Synopsis: Aramaic Primacy is the theory that the New Testament and / or its sources were originally written in the Aramaic language, and not Koine Greek as is generally believed. The Assyrian Church of the East and other Aramaic speaking churches have historically claimed the Aramaic Peshitta was the original language New Testament.
