Hebrew וכי־ישאל איש מעם רעהו ונשבר או־מת בעליו אין־עמו שלם ישלם׃
Greek εαν δε αιτηση τις παρα του πλησιον και συντριβη η αποθανη η αιχμαλωτον γενηται ο δε κυριος μη η μετ' αυτου
Latin Qui a proximo suo quidquam horum mutuo postulaverit, et debilitatum aut mortuum fuerit domino non præsente, reddere compelletur.
KJV And if a man borrow ought of his neighbour, and it be hurt, or die, the owner thereof being not with it, he shall surely make it good.
