Hebrew תחת־כל־השמים ישרהו ואורו על־כנפות הארץ׃
Greek υποκατω παντος του ουρανου αρχη αυτου και το φως αυτου επι πτερυγων της
Latin Subter omnes cælos ipse considerat, et lumen illius super terminos terræ.
KJV He directeth it under the whole heaven, and his lightning unto the ends of the earth.
