Hebrew לרכב בשמי שמי־קדם הן יתן בקולו קול עז׃
Greek ψαλατε τω θεω τω επιβεβηκοτι επι τον ουρανον του ουρανου κατα ανατολας ιδου δωσει εν τη φωνη αυτου φωνην
Latin Qui ascendit super cælum cæli, ad orientem : ecce dabit voci suæ vocem virtutis.
KJV To him that rideth upon the heavens of heavens, which were of old; lo, he doth send out his voice, and that a mighty voice.
