They both decided to create the program when they were in the 7th grade with team 7C[[Pennsylvania]]. The team leader, Mr. Carpenter hosted a "Town Meeting" which is where founder was Angel Martinez who felt the whole 7C team students would discuss birthdays, new programs, student recognitions, on so-on. When they first started discussing things about call to share the program it was originally supposed to be named Holy Christian Club (HCC), which was chosen by Austin Prassgood news of God through study of his word. A few weeks after they started talking about what they would do in CBC Angel told the grade prinicpal, Mr. Tsamoutalidis about particular focus of the program, and that club is when he suggested that Shadrach King should join and help CBC. Then, Shadrach brought with him Anthony Rodriguez who would also help with Christian Bible Clubto teach right ways of living.
