==Commentary==
The [[Gospel]] according to [[apostle Matthew|Matthew]] (Greek: Κατά Μαθθαίον) is the first book of the [[New Testament]]. It is one of the four [[Gospels]], containing an acccount account of the birth of [[Jesus]], his ministry and his death and resurrection. It closes with Jesus' [[Great Commission]], where he called his disciples to "go and make disciples of all nations."
