ויפקדו ביום ההוא אנשים על־הנשכות לאוצרות לתרומות לראשית ולמעשרות לכנוס בהם לשדי הערים מנאות התורה לכהנים וללוים כי שמחת יהודה על־הכהנים ועל־הלוים העמדים׃
