Naphtali didn't drive out the inhabitants of Beth Shemesh, nor the inhabitants of Beth Anath; but he lived among the Canaanites, the inhabitants of the land: nevertheless the inhabitants of Beth Shemesh and of Beth Anath became subject to forced labor.

Hebrew נפתלי לא־הוריש את־ישבי בית־שמש ואת־ישבי בית־ענת וישב בקרב הכנעני ישבי הארץ וישבי בית־שמש ובית ענת היו להם למס׃ ס
Greek και νεφθαλι ουκ εξηρεν τους κατοικουντας βαιθσαμυς και τους κατοικουντας βαιθαναθ και κατωκησεν νεφθαλι εν μεσω του χαναναιου του κατοικουντος την γην οι δε κατοικουντες βαιθσαμυς και την βαιθενεθ εγενοντο αυτοις εις
Latin Nephthali quoque non delevit habitatores Bethsames, et Bethanath : et habitavit inter Chananæum habitatorem terræ, fueruntque ei Bethsamitæ et Bethanitæ tributarii.
KJV Neither did Naphtali drive out the inhabitants of Beth-shemesh, nor the inhabitants of Beth-anath; but he dwelt among the Canaanites, the inhabitants of the land: nevertheless the inhabitants of Beth-shemesh and of Beth-anath became tributaries unto them.
