Martin Luther (1483–1546) Father of the German Reformation

A few years back, when people started listing the most important people of the second millennium, Martin Luther was at or near the top of most lists. He simply changed the world, daring to challenge the corruption of the Roman Church and launching a social, political, and spiritual Reformation.
