Neville Cooper, a man who goes by the name ''Hope Christian'' is the founder and current leader of the cult known as the [[Cooperites]] in [[New Zealand]]. He was born in [[Queensland]], [[Australia]]. He was convicted of indecent assault in 1994, and after his release from prison has continued to lead his sect.
