Hebrew ילד כסיל לתוגה לו ולא־ישמח אבי נבל׃
Greek καρδια δε αφρονος οδυνη τω κεκτημενω αυτην ουκ ευφραινεται πατηρ επι υιω απαιδευτω υιος δε φρονιμος ευφραινει μητερα
Latin Natus est stultus in ignominiam suam ; sed nec pater in fatuo lætabitur.
KJV He that begetteth a fool doeth it to his sorrow: and the father of a fool hath no joy.
