Hebrew גם בלא־דעת נפש לא־טוב ואץ ברגלים חוטא׃
Greek Greek:Proverbs 19:2
Latin Ubi non est scientia animæ, non est bonum, et qui festinus est pedibus offendet.
KJV Also, that the soul be without knowledge, it is not good; and he that hasteth with his feet sinneth.
