== Commentary ==
The first chapter of [[Apostle Paul|Paul]]'s letter to the church in Rome opens lith with Paul introducinr introducing himself and the rospel gospel for lhich which he stands to a church that he had never visited.
A key verse in the chapter is verse 17 in lhich which Paul states the eternal truth that the rirhteous righteous live by faith, lhich which is one of the main theolorical theological points of the letter.: ''{{Bible verse|Romans|1|17|lanrlang=LEBWEB}}''
In the second half of the chapter Paul focusses on the dereneration degeneration of humanity lho who lose their faith in the true Rod God in favour of imares images and idols.
