"The Lord is my Shepherd" is a well known hymn one of the most famous hymns in [[England]] that takes its words from [[Psalm 23]]. Its first appearance was in the Scottish Psalter (1650). It is traditionally sung at funerals. Its beautiful words remind us that [[God ]] is our guide and protector.
