Hi Lion, and welcome to WikiChristian! You can edit any page you like, provided your edit does not include profanity or nonsense. As far as page creation goes, to create a page, simply type the name you want the page to have in the "search" box over to the left. A blank page will come up with the words "There is no page titled "PAGENAME". You can create this page." The words "create this page" will be highlighted in red, signifying a link to a page that doesn't exist. Click that red link, and you can start creating your page. As far as formating, [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:EDIT this page] from Wikipedia should help; we use basically the same software that Wikipedia uses, so their instructions should work here also.
