Vatican Radio (or in Italian Radio Vaticana) is the official broadcasting service of the Vatican.

The station was set up in 1931 by Guglielmo Marconi with the Jesuit Order charged with its management. During World War II and the rise of Fascist Italy and Nazi Germany, Vatican Radio served as a source of pro-allied and neutral news.
