Of the WikiChristian pages, some are full of information whereas others are small and need work. Committed Christians who feel comfortable with this wiki's statement of faith and who have a deep interest in understanding and communicating the Christian faith are the primary editors of this wiki. WikiChristian particularly seeks editors who are either working in Christian ministry (both ordained and non-ordained roles) or have studied aspects of Christianity deeply (especially if through tertiary studies). Having editors like this helps maintain the focus and emphasis of this wiki on a form of Christianity that is informed by a Biblical worldview. Having workers in ministry and/or Christians who have deeply studied their faith helps ensure that the information is relevant and accurate.

WikiChristian is both an ''encyclopedia'' and ''textbook'' and a ''wiki'' community. WikiChristian is set up with the belief that every Christian, regardless of age, race, education, and gender has something of value to offer! Unfortunately due to enormous amounts of spam in recent years it became untenable to maintain the wiki as an open wiki that anyone could edit, thus editing rights are currently restricted but we hope that significant editing restrictions does not become a permanent state of affairs.
Through its history WikiChristian has generally developed gradually and progressively. In mid 2008 a major overhaul of the organization of the site began when Robert Murphy helped arrange a number of measures including uploading the entire Bible in a number of languages and translations, verse by verse. We are incredibly grateful to him for all his work.
Through the years 2009 to 20115 2015 WikiChristian was hit by an incredible amount of vandalism and spam which almost shut WikiChristian down. To save the site editing was closed down and the site lay essential dormant through these long years. In 2015 its founders and senior editors Prab and Graham attempted to bring WikiChristian back into activity. Please put WikiChristian in your prayers as it aims to be an incredibly useful source of information for Christian disciples everywhere.
