Hebrew כי אם בסכל שבעולם בחר האל למען ביש את החכמים ובחלוש שבעולם בחר האל למען ביש את החזק׃
Greek αλλα τα μωρα του κοσμου εξελεξατο ο θεος ινα καταισχυνη τους σοφους και τα ασθενη του κοσμου εξελεξατο ο θεος ινα καταισχυνη τα ισχυρα
Latin sed quæ stulta sunt mundi elegit Deus, ut confundat sapientes : et infirma mundi elegit Deus, ut confundat fortia :
KJV But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty;
