On the eighth day he sent the people away; and they blessed the king, and went to their tents joyful and glad of heart for all the goodness that Yahweh had shown to David his servant, and to Israel his people.

Hebrew ביום השמיני שלח את־העם ויברכו את־המלך וילכו לאהליהם שמחים וטובי לב על כל־הטובה אשר עשה יהוה לדוד עבדו ולישראל עמו׃
Greek και εν τη ημερα τη ογδοη εξαπεστειλεν τον λαον και ευλογησεν αυτον και απηλθον εκαστος εις τα σκηνωματα αυτου χαιροντες και αγαθη καρδια επι τοις αγαθοις οις εποιησεν κυριος τω δαυιδ δουλω αυτου και τω ισραηλ λαω
Latin Et in die octava dimisit populos : qui benedicentes regi, profecti sunt in tabernacula sua lætantes, et alacri corde super omnibus bonis, quæ fecerat Dominus David servo suo, et Israël populo suo.
KJV On the eighth day he sent the people away: and they blessed the king, and went unto their tents joyful and glad of heart for all the goodness that the LORD had done for David his servant, and for Israel his people.
