Then he said, "What monument is that which I see?" The men of the city told him, "It is the tomb of the man of God, who came from Judah, and proclaimed these things that you have done against the altar of Bethel."

Hebrew | ויאמר מה הציון הלז אשר אני ראה ויאמרו אליו אנשי העיר הקבר איש־האלהים אשר־בא מיהודה ויקרא את־הדברים האלה אשר עשית על המזבח בית־אל׃ |
Greek | και ειπεν τι το σκοπελον εκεινο ο εγω ορω και ειπον αυτω οι ανδρες της πολεως ο ανθρωπος του θεου εστιν ο εξεληλυθως εξ ιουδα και επικαλεσαμενος τους λογους τουτους ους επεκαλεσατο επι το θυσιαστηριον |
Latin | Et ait : Quis est titulus ille, quem video ? Responderuntque ei cives urbis illius : Sepulchrum est hominis Dei, qui venit de Juda, et prædixit verba hæc, quæ fecisti super altare Bethel. |
