Hebrew טוב מלא כף נחת ממלא חפנים עמל ורעות רוח׃
Greek αγαθον πληρωμα δρακος αναπαυσεως υπερ πληρωμα δυο δρακων μοχθου και προαιρεσεως
Latin Melior est pugillus cum requie, quam plena utraque manus cum labore et afflictione animi.
KJV Better is an handful with quietness, than both the hands full with travail and vexation of spirit.
