ואם היתה זאת על ידי החסד לא היתה מתוך המעשים כי לולי כן החסד איננו עוד חסד ואם היתה מתוך המעשים איננו עוד חסד כי לולי כן המעשים יחדל להיות מעשה׃

Greek ει δε χαριτι ουκετι εξ εργων επει η χαρις ουκετι γινεται χαρις
Latin Si autem gratia, jam non ex operibus : alioquin gratia jam non est gratia.
KJV And if by grace, then is it no more of works: otherwise grace is no more grace. But if it be of works, then is it no more grace: otherwise work is no more work.
