Hebrew ויסב שמואל ללכת ויחזק בכנף־מעילו ויקרע׃
Greek και απεστρεψεν σαμουηλ το προσωπον αυτου του απελθειν και εκρατησεν σαουλ του πτερυγιου της διπλοιδος αυτου και διερρηξεν
Latin Et conversus est Samuel ut abiret : ille autem apprehendit summitatem pallii ejus, quæ et scissa est.
KJV And as Samuel turned about to go away, he laid hold upon the skirt of his mantle, and it rent.
