כי מה שלא יכלה התורה לעשות הנחלשה על יד הבשר עשה האלהים בשלחו את בנו בתואר בשר החטא ובעד החטא וירשיע את החטא בבשר׃

Greek το γαρ αδυνατον του νομου εν ω ησθενει δια της σαρκος ο θεος τον εαυτου υιον πεμψας εν ομοιωματι σαρκος αμαρτιας και περι αμαρτιας κατεκρινεν την αμαρτιαν εν τη σαρκι
Latin Nam quod impossibile erat legi, in quo infirmabatur per carnem : Deus Filium suum mittens in similitudinem carnis peccati et de peccato, damnavit peccatum in carne,
