Clearly grace comes with [[Jesus Christ]] - [[John]] 1: 17 ]] says, "For the law was given through Moses, but grace and truth came through Jesus Christ" 

: Grace makes beauty out of ugly things

: There is nothing we can do to make God love us more... There is nothing we can do to make God love us less

 : When a person works an eight-hour day and receives a fair day's pay for his time, that is a wage.When a person competes with an opponent and receives a trophy for his performance, that is a prize.When a person receives appropriate recognition for his long service or high achievements, that is an award.: But when a person is not capable of earning a wage, can win no prize, and deserves no award - Yet receives such a gift anyway - that is a good picture of God's unmerited favor.: This is what we mean when we talk about the grace of God.

[[Zecharian12]] 12: 9, 10 (chesed) : And I will pour out on the house of David and the inhabitants of Jerusalem a spirit of grace and supplication.: They will look on me, the one they have pierced,: And they will mourn for him as one mourns for an only child,: And grieve bitterly for him as one grieves for a firstborn son.
