I personally have good luck with Google not temporarily shutting me off for access to Google (Google only does it for about an hour or two) when I put a 2 second delay but you might have to play around with this. If the first option to download the SEO FireFox software doesn't give you a fully functional piece of software like it did for me. Use the second option.
