Funny thing is, Jesus-Wiki doesn't have one at the moment, because something isn't configured correctly in LocalSettings.php. I just saw it when I looked at the spam before deleting it. There's not a whole lot going on at Jesus-Wiki. I myself haven't been working on it a whole lot for the past few months, so I shouldn't be complaining to much, I guess. I just recently started working on it again. However, it is nice to know that at least three people (including me) are keeping an eye on all the language wikis of Jesus-Wiki and are deleting spam, even if nothing else is going on.
