Well, I just wanted to edit this page before going to bed... Because of the different time zones I expect somebody to stumble accross this page before I wake up again. So I guess it would be smart of me to post this question:
Could somebody please give me a short summary of what has been discussed about the collaboration of Christian wikis? Some helpful links would do the job too... Thanks!

Hope you had a nice sleep. Regarding Christian wiki collaboration, some remarks by people have been left here: Talk:Christian wikis.

I'd love for there to be more users at WikiChristian. It's pretty much just been me, and also Prab (he started the site and looks after it) and Tom and the occasional other user here and there. I think that is one of the main problems with all of the Christian wikis around - there are a dozen or so of them, each with only a couple of users. Probably the most active one at the moment is Theopedia however that is quite specific in its aims and who is supposed to edit.
At WikiChristian, the idea (or at least my feeling) is that it shouldn't be a replica of wikipedia. Instead of dry encyclopedia articles, I want WikiChristian to contain people's opinions and personal works as well as information / encyclopedia style articles. Take a look around and get a feel for the style. Look at Grace, Love, John 11, John 3:16, Bible, Christian music, As the Deer (song), Ten Commandments, South Australia, Jesus and so on to get a feel for how the site is set out. Stay and contribute if you feel comfortable, especially help with our Priority pages. Add your website into our Christianity and the internet section - Christian Websites Index.
Oh, and if pictures seem to be missing, or if you find a problem, let me know - there was a spammer a few days ago who caused havoc.

Hey, Denise. I saw your question in the recent changes page; we are indeed still under the GFDL, as it states in Wikichristian:Copyrights. I've never really noticed that we don't have a GFDL icon at the bottom of the site until you mentioned it. I'll ask one of our webmasters if we could get one. See you around! -- P.B. - I'm sorry I didn't answer your post sooner. I see you have a GFDL icon now. Funny thing is, Jesus-Wiki doesn't have one at the moment, because something isn't configured correctly in LocalSettings.php. I'll be updating to a new version of MediaWiki soon anyway, so I guess I can take care of that later. :-) How's everybody doing around here? God bless, --Denise 12:04, 5 May 2007 (EST)

- I actually almost missed your message again, because the notification email was marked as spam automatically. I just saw it when I looked at the spam before deleting it. There's not a whole lot going on at Jesus-Wiki. I myself haven't been working on it a whole lot for the past few months, so I shouldn't be complaining to much, I guess. I just recently started working on it again. However, it is nice to know that at least three people (including me) are keeping an eye on all the language wikis of Jesus-Wiki and are deleting spam, even if nothing else is going on.
