Hebrew ויבאו יריחו ויהי כצאתו מיריחו הוא ותלמידיו והמון עם רב והנה ברטימי בן טימי איש עור ישב על יד הדרך לשאל נדבות׃
Greek και ερχονται εις ιεριχω και εκπορευομενου αυτου απο ιεριχω και των μαθητων αυτου και οχλου ικανου ο υιος τιμαιου βαρτιμαιος τυφλος προσαιτης εκαθητο παρα την οδον
Latin Et veniunt Jericho : et proficiscente eo de Jericho, et discipulis ejus, et plurima multitudine, filius Timæ Bartimæus cæcus, sedebat juxta viam mendicans.
KJV And they came to Jericho: and as he went out of Jericho with his disciples and a great number of people, blind Bartimaeus, the son of Timaeus, sat by the highway side begging.
