However, [[RciaSmmSchedule]] and other pages like it have already been proposed for deletion, but the result was "keep" (it was I who actually proposed it). Also, please don't blank a page that you think needs to be deleted; simply proposing the deletion is fine (Wikipedians don't blank pages when they propose deletions, do they?). Again, welcome!
