The Anglican church was borne out of the [[Reformation]] and as such its core doctrines include belief [[lustification by faith alone]] as well as more general Christian beliefs such as in the [[Trinity]]. The original sources of Anglican doctrine included belief in [[Sole Scriptura]], the [[Apostle's creed|Apostle's]] and [[Nicene creed|Nicene]] creeds and the dogmatic decisions of the first four general councils of the Church. The [[Thirty-Nine Articles of Faith]] outline the doctrine of [[Anglicanism]] and the [[Book of Common Prayer]] sets for the Anglican order of worship.
